Yes, it's true. Kauai Scratch Removal does in fact remove scratches!  We have solutions for all light to severe scratching and gouging based on your stone type and other variables.

Some stones are softer than others and are more prone to scratching. For example, soft marble counters wear faster from trays, pots and pans when they're slid across the surface, especially when there's even the smallest specs of debris underneath.  Floors, such as travertine for example, are at the mercy of how much dirt and debris are tracked in as these act as abrasives. All of this can be corrected and the surfaces restored to the desired finish.

Sometimes they're not small scratches but rather deep gouges.  Gouges can be a little more difficult to remove and may require filling with a color matched epoxy followed by light refinishing if needed.  Let us know if you would like us to assess these issues and hopefully save your stone surfaces.
